This bachelor thesis is about the evaluation of the efficiency of the Mlékárna Kunín, a.s. company for the period of 2015-2019 using financial analysis tools. The first part describes the various methods and selected indicators related to financial analysis. The second part contains information about the company and the practical application method and indicators described in the theoretical part. Based on the results of the financial analysis, the last third part proposes solutions that should lead to the improvement of the company's financial situation.

The bachelor’s thesis deals with evaluation of the financial situation of H & M spol. s r.o. in the years 2015-2019. The thesis is divided into three key parts. The firtst part contains theoretical part, where is an explanation of basic concepts and selected indicators. The second part focuses on the practical part, which includes information about analyzed company and the financial analysis itself. The final part of the thesis is devoted to proposals to improve the financial situation of the company.

The practical part comprises of knowledge gained from specialised literature and experience in this field. The conclusion involves a comprehensive choice of one most suitable option which is completed from a wide range of possibilities in separate chapters.

The subject of my bachelor work is processing the entrepreneurial object of the foundation and operation cafe Maruška. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical section contains of the definition of entrepreneurial plan, enterprise, entrepreneurship and juridical form of enterprise. The entrepreneurial plan for Maruška is conducted in the practical part. The aim of this work is basing cafe Maruška in Olomouc.

The bachelor thesis focuses on ways of assessing the financial situation of a company. The theoretical part characterizes the financial analysis, its users, sources and particular indicators. The methods of strategic evaluation of a company are included as well. In the practical part, the theoretical knowledge is applied to the company Antech, spol. s r.o., accounting documents of this company are framed according to the theory and evaluated. In conclusion, proposals for solution of the current state of this company are presented.

Master’s thesis is focused on business development of the Rajnošek s. r. o. company. This thesis is divided into four parts. At the beginning there is a description of the problem and there is also introduced the main aim of this thesis and related aims. The next part includes theoretical statements on which the practical part is based on. The practical part deals with issue of the basic information about chosen company and its analysis of current status. At the final part of this thesis are presented the proposals which should guarantee new customers and reduce the seasonal risks.

The objective of this bachelor thesis is evaluation of financial situation of the company EURODANĚ, spol. s r. o. in years 2004 – 2009 using selected methods of financial analysis. Elementary methods of financial analysis are used to evaluate the current financial situation of the company. In next part of the bachelor’s thesis includes proposals and recommendations, which have lead to the elimination pertinent absence as well as for the secure prosperity of the company in the future.
